Great Professional Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and personable Medical Healthcare Receptionist with a strong background in the medical and healthcare field. The role supports both clinicians and clients at our Charlestown NSW clinic.

This is a permanent part-time position, offering flexibility with approximately 3-4 working days per week. We're happy to discuss how our needs align with your professional requirements. The role is dynamic and supported by a family-friendly work environment where professional development is encouraged.


Primary Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with clinicians, clients, and colleagues.
  • Managing reception and administrative tasks, including handling accounts.
  • Delivering exceptional frontline client service.
  • Providing high-level written and verbal communication.
  • Drafting and compiling documents and correspondence.

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Medical-Healthcare Receptionist.
  • Demonstrated professional development and relevant qualifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A calm, composed personality with clear communication.
  • Flexibility regarding M-F work hours and routines.
