About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll oversee both (i) operational management and (ii) growth and development, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Q Psychology. Your responsibilities will include expanding our outreach, fostering partnerships, and implementing strategic growth plans. Frequent visits to all clinic locations will be required.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee non-clinical operations, including administration and logistics.
  • Manage finances: budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Sustain and nurture referral networks and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and workplace standards.
  • Uphold and promote Q Psychology’s culture aligned with our mission and values.

Growth & Development Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand services.
  • Set and meet high-performance KPIs.
  • Lead the submission of tenders and grant applications.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Spearhead NDIS registration efforts and enhance NDIS services.
  • Represent Q Psychology at community events to raise awareness.
  • Identify avenues for team expansion and skill development.

Compensation Package:

$120,000 to $130,000 per year (including $10,000 car allowance), with additional super, laptop, mobile phone, and negotiable KPI-based bonus structure.

About You:

  • Minimum of three years in healthcare management or leadership, with robust knowledge of healthcare and NDIS.
  • Proven success in achieving high performance KPIs.
  • Demonstrated business development skills and experience in driving growth.
  • Professionalism, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong time-management skills to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Passion for growing a healthcare organization focused on client well-being.
  • Victorian driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
